Rysslands invasion av Ukraina \u00e4r ett helt oacceptabelt och grovt brott mot folkr\u00e4tten som Svenska Cykelf\u00f6rbundet f\u00f6rd\u00f6mer i starkaste ordalag, Denna handling m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 konsekvenser f\u00f6r Ryssland och rysk cykelsport.<\/strong><\/p>\n Det Svenska Cykelf\u00f6rbundet uppmanar samtliga internationella cykelf\u00f6rbund att visa solidaritet med Ukraina och landets idrottsorganisationer genom att inte genomf\u00f6ra eller f\u00f6rl\u00e4gga t\u00e4vlingar I Ryssland eller Belarus. Vidare rekommenderar vi samtliga f\u00f6rbund och t\u00e4vlingsorganisationer inom cykelsporten att utest\u00e4nga ryska lag och cyklister fr\u00e5n t\u00e4vlingar utanf\u00f6r Ryssland och Belarus. Svenska Cykelf\u00f6rbundet kommer ocks\u00e5 ta initiativ f\u00f6r att utest\u00e4nga ryska och belarusiska representanter fr\u00e5n cyklingens europeiska organisation UEC samt den internationella cykelorganisationen UCI.<\/p>\n Stockholm 2022-02-27<\/em><\/p>\n Styrelsen f\u00f6r Svenska Cykelf\u00f6rbundet<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Russian invasion of Ukraine is a totally unacceptable and sever violation of international law that the Swedish Cycling Federation condemn in the strongest words. This action must have consequences for Russia and Russian athletes.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Swedish Cycling Federation calls upon all international cycling federations to show solidarity with Ukraine and the country\u2019s sports federations by not conducting or attend any completions in Russia or Belorussia. Further on we recommend all federations and event organizers within cycling to ban all Russian teams and cyclists from competitions outside Russia and Belorussia.
