Sverige hade med \u00e5tta cyklister av totalt 40, varav hela sex damer. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s v\u00e4ldigt bra f\u00f6r ett land av v\u00e5r storlek. B\u00e5de Mika S\u00f6derstr\u00f6m och Emma Belforth placerade sig dessutom topp tio och det var flera riktigt fina insatser, Marlene Bj\u00e4rehed var exempelvis det inledande loppets sista sprint och slutade 14:e. P\u00e5 herrsidan var Johan Nor\u00e9n stark mot slutet och slutade 17:e.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inramningen och presentationen\u00a0 av cyklisterna p\u00e5 scenens etage var det m\u00e4ktigaste och proffsigaste som har intr\u00e4ffat i E-cycling.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u00e4r \u00e4r banorna som VM avg\u00f6rs p\u00e5<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 The Sprint:<\/strong> En 300-meters sprint d\u00e4r strategi och snabbhet m\u00f6ts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 The Strategist<\/strong>: Ett 9 kilometer l\u00e5ngt lopp med en kr\u00e4vande 1,5 km kl\u00e4ttring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 All Out:<\/strong> Ett sista uth\u00e5llighetstest, med 4 varv p\u00e5 en utmanande 4-kilometersbana med framf\u00f6r allt en rej\u00e4l backe soml\u00e4r bli helt avg\u00f6rande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I f\u00f6rsta loppet var det allts\u00e5 sprint som g\u00e4llde. P\u00e5 damsidan har vi ju v\u00e4ldigt starka cyklister s\u00e5 det fanns h\u00f6ga f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 detta lopp. Lisa Hermansson och Mika S\u00f6derstr\u00f6m gick ut stenh\u00e5rt i f\u00f6rsta sprinten men lyckades tyv\u00e4rr inte f\u00e5 dom snabbaste tiderna. Sedan blev det ett v\u00e4ldigt avvaktande lopp.<\/p>\n<p>Det var m\u00e5nga som bara rullade igenom loppet och sparade benen till dom kommande loppen. B\u00e4st resultat i sprinten fick Marlene Bj\u00e4rehed med sig.<\/p>\n<p>Andra loppet var mer kuperat och h\u00e4r s\u00e5 gjorde svenskorna ett b\u00e4ttre lopp. Vi lyckades f\u00e5 ganska m\u00e5nga po\u00e4ng och Emma och Mika l\u00e5g nu b\u00e4st till f\u00f6r att kunna ta en riktigt bra slutplacering. Emma har haft en tuff uppladdning men gjorde v\u00e4ldigt bra kl\u00e4ttringar och en v\u00e4ldigt bra prestation.<\/p>\n<p>En bra avslutning av Mika gav henne m\u00e5nga po\u00e4ng. Cornelia Engstr\u00f6m k\u00e4mpade p\u00e5 bra f\u00f6r att h\u00e4nga p\u00e5 och fick mycket tid i s\u00e4ndningen.<\/p>\n<p>Sista loppet var det full fart och v\u00e5ra svenska cyklister fortsatte att prestera v\u00e4ldigt bra och en h\u00e4ftig utbrytning av Emma men som tyv\u00e4rr blev uppf\u00e5ngad. Johanna Tidholm gjorde ocks\u00e5 ett mycket bra lopp och f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte ocks\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpa till att h\u00e5lla utbrytningen Mika var riktigt starkt och kunde spurta till sig en riktigt bra placering. Man stod i stort sett helt still innan f\u00f6rsta sprinten. D\u00e4remot s\u00e5 kom en andra klunga och dom gick in med h\u00f6g fart och fick ocks\u00e5 med sig v\u00e4ldigt mycket fart i sprinten Samuel Br\u00e4nnlund fick b\u00e4st tid av svenskarna p\u00e5 en 15:e plats och Johan Nor\u00e9n hamnade lite l\u00e4ngre bak. USA hade en bra taktik och framg\u00e5ngsrika i den sprinten.<\/p>\n<p>Under andra loppet s\u00e5 gick det inte att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gonting \u00e5t tysken Jason Osborn som enkelt kunde ta hem en betryggande seger. Johan gjorde ett mycket bra lopp och kunde komma in p\u00e5 en fin 11:e plats. Samuel hade ett tuffare lopp precis som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat och fick spara benen lite till lopp 3.<\/p>\n<p>Sista loppet blev en uppvisning av Jason Osborn som kunde ta hem segern \u00f6vertygande, och \u00e4ven om det var tajt i toppstriden om totalen s\u00e5 gick guldet till Tyskland.<\/p>\n<p>Johan och Samuel gjorde v\u00e4ldigt bra lopp och har visat att dom kan prestera v\u00e4ldigt bra mot topp 20 i v\u00e4rlden.
